  I guess it helps if you've been to einstein bagels a bunch... I seem to have annoyed the staff, taking my time to make my selections. Food was good though.

  I worked for this company about 2 years ago and we had to have excellent customer service. We were the first face and experience some had in the morning to quickly get their food before work. The guy taking my order (I will not say his name but he had glasses) was very rude and straight up ignored my friend when he ask politely about something on the menu. The man that checked us out was very polite (I'm assuming the manager) he made sure everthing got taken care of and got us our food quickly. I really enjoyed my french toast bagel sandwich and coffee. I would recommend this place for the food but like I said the customer service needs some work.

  The is probably the worst Einsteins I've ever been to. The staff is what makes me not want to come back. Usually come here on the weekend, Saturdays mostly. It was not terribly busy when I was here last but based on how the staff was interacting you would think they had a line out of the door. Super unorganized and honestly kind of rude to each other. Especially the manager. She told one of the employees that "he should be ashamed of himself" for forgetting to slice a couple of bagels and hand them off to a customer. Really? I mean I know this is a bagel shop and everything but I expect more tact from a manager when you're in sight and earshot of customers at least. It causes me to not want to come back here and spend my money. It was this same manager who made my order and I had been waiting maybe 6 or 7 minutes at this point which would have been fine but this same manager who criticized an employee for being absent minded was a chatty kathy while preparing my (not toasted bagel sandwich) order and taking her ever loving sweet time. Overall I love Einsteins bagels but I will most certainly be avoiding this location in the future.
