  Every time I have been to the store in Roeland Park the crew has always given friendly, fast, and efficient service! The staff is also very knowledgeable about the product! I have always had a pleasant experience!

  Typically, this is a great place. Tonight, I was greeted by a staff that obviously didn't want to be at work. They were only basically civil, doing the bare minimum, and it showed. "What do you want" and "Here you go" being the only words spoken. The one obviously in charge having conversations with the others about a problem with the company or other staff.
  I believe they stretched a large dough to family size, or it was not made correctly to begin with, and it fell through the oven grate. I have never had this problem before.
  Lately, the staff at this location has been sketchy and only getting worse.
